A new development is underway in Fuquay-Varina with a packed list of future tenants.
Construction has begun for the first phase of Gold Leaf Crossing shopping center. Located at 2901 Wallace Adcock Blvd across from the Marquee Station apartments, the development proposes 800,000 square feet of retail development on 106 acres.
The town of Fuquay-Varina announced the first round of tenants on their Instagram on Monday, Sept 14. The list includes:
- Target
- Alpaca Chicken
- Mezeh Mediterranean Grill
- Firebirds Wood Fired Grill
- Super Chix – Chicken and Custard
- Paris Baguette
- Nothing Bundt Cakes
- First Horizon Bank
Target opened earlier this year in March. The location is the national company’s first in Fuquay-Varina. Inside, the 148,000 square feet store has a CVS Pharmacy, Starbucks Cafe and Disney Shop.
