The city of Raleigh oversold tickets for one night of the Holiday Express, a popular event the Raleigh hosts at Pullen Park.
The city is still investigating the cause of the “snafu” that oversold tickets for Thursday, Dec. 17 by nearly 2,200 tickets. People who booked tickets for that date will be contacted by the city and given the option of another date, said Julia Milstead, Raleigh’s public information officer. Raleigh is also adding Friday, Dec. 18 as an additional date for people.
“You never like it when something like this happens, but we are glad that we are able to offer folks other dates during the event,” she said…
