CARRBORO, N.C. (WNCN) – Carrboro police have charged three people suspected in early morning car break-ins. At 4:42 a.m. on Monday morning, a 911 caller reported a car break-in in progress in the 500 block of Smith Level Road. The Carrboro Police Department responded to the area and encountered three suspects.
