SMU has been a blast ever since the much-much-better-than-it-looks-now 18-15 loss to BYU. The offense has been amazing, the defense strong, and it’s all working in a terrific four-game winning streak.
Three of the last four games are at home after this starting with Pitt next week.
Duke has been quietly terrific, too. It might not have the high-powered offense of SMU, but this defense is a brick wall. It bounced back from the loss to Georgia Tech to beat Florida State, but it closes with three road games in the final four games after this starting with Miami.
