A little more than a year since it first opened, Durham’s Topgolf has hit the market with a hefty price tag.
Greenville, South-Carolina-based Realty Link, an active developer of Topgolf entertainment centers across the country, recently listed the three-story, 102-bay facility at 4901 Topgolf Way off Page Road for $38.18 million.
The high-tech driving range, where visitors play simulated golf games in climate-controlled hitting bays, sits just west of I-540 and I-40 inside the Research Triangle Park. It was part of a larger assemblage — some 46.3 acres — purchased by Realty Link for $7.5 million in 2019…
