Jazz in the Square to Enliven Downtown Raleigh with Free Summer Concerts

The heart of Downtown Raleigh will soon pulse with the rhythms of jazz once again as the much-loved Jazz in the Square series returns to Moore Square. Starting August 7 and continuing through late September, the series promises a stellar lineup of jazz artists set to perform for the community every Thursday night from 6 to 8 p.m., according to the City of Raleigh’s announcement.

The 2025 lineup boasts a diverse array of talents, including the likes of Moon Unit featuring members of INSTANT ALTER, the Patrick McGrew Trio, NCCU Jazz Collective, and many others. The series aims not just to entertain, but to knit together the rich tapestry of the Triangle’s music scene under the stars…
