New mixed-use development breaks ground at former Durham Coca-Cola site

A groundbreaking ceremony was held last week in Durham for a new mix-use development at the former site of Durham Coca-Cola Bottling Company warehouse.

The project, named Westside Bottling in honor of its history, will feature shops, restaurants, apartments and townhouses. This includes Sprouts Farmers Market, Shake Shack, Ulta Beauty, Club Pilates, First Watch and Vernis Nail Salon.
