Vendors at North Carolina’s State Fair are serving up 88 new recipes for this year’s fairgoers.
These additions span sweet, spicy, savory and sour flavor palates, ranging from chocolate-covered potato chip caramel apples to homestyle ranch deep-fried cheese curds.
The fair is set to run in Raleigh daily from Oct. 16 to 26. Open hours depend on the day and are listed online here…
