BEDFORD COUNTY, Va. (WDBJ) – The search for an 18-year-old reported missing from North Carolina has led to Virginia.
October 16, 2025, the Bedford County Sheriff’s Office responded to the 2000 block of Crockett Road regarding a disabled vehicle. Deputies found the vehicle was a Toyota Avalon with North Carolina tags, reported to be driven by 18-year-old Hope Nicole Colby, who was reported missing out of Raleigh, North Carolina the same day.
