RALEIGH, N.C. (WNCN) — A high school in the Wake County Public School System was vandalized early Monday morning, officials said.
In a letter sent to families, Athens Magnet High School Principal Amanda Boshoff said a group of people came to the campus in Raleigh between 1 a.m. and 2 a.m. and damaged the windows and exteriors of multiple classrooms. Several vehicles, including activity buses were also damaged.
Due to the glass and other debris, according to school officials, the impacted classes have been relocated until their rooms are cleaned and repaired. Maintenance and transportation staff are working to clean up the glass and repair the windows of the classrooms and buses…
