‘Everybody started running’: 2 injured in Raleigh shooting at Glenwood South, police investigating

RALEIGH, N.C. (WNCN) — Police are investigating what led to a shooting early Sunday morning and who let off the gunfire, sending people running in the Glenwood South area of Raleigh.

According to the Raleigh Police Department, the shooting occurred just before 3 a.m. near the intersection of Glenwood Avenue and Jones Street.

Officers said they found one person shot at the scene, transporting the victim to a nearby hospital, and a second victim walked into a hospital with a gunshot wound from that same scene…
