RALEIGH, N.C. (WNCN) — Two vehicles caught on fire early Friday morning, and fire officials are working to determine what caused the commotion inside of WakeMed’s parking garage.
According to the Raleigh Fire Department, crews rushed to the call of a vehicle fire threatening a structure around 2:20 a.m. on 3000 New Bern Avenue.
Upon arrival, they found one vehicle on fire and called on more units. The fire chief on duty told CBS 17 that it took 25 firefighters to extinguish the fire in an operation that was very meticulous because of the location inside WakeMed Raleigh’s parking deck…
