A deadly shooting along Knightdale Boulevard on Saturday morning appeared to have taken place after a road-rage incident, according to nearby businesses.
The shooting left 39-year-old Corey Hansen dead. The Wake County Sheriff’s Office said it has identified the shooting suspect, but did not release a name, and no arrest has been made.
