DURHAM, N.C. (WNCN) — A Durham man wanted on a murder charge in April was arrested Wednesday, court records show.
According to a warrant filed by the Durham Police Department, 22-year-old Jeremiah Alexander Royster Lynch was identified as the suspect in the death of Elvis Baide on April 12. The warrant was filed five days after the incident, on April 17.
While Lynch was still at large, according to court records, a grand jury indicted him on the charge of second-degree murder in Baide’s death on May 19. The warrant was recalled and an order for his arrest was issued the following day…
