PENNSYLVANIA (WOLF) — A North Carolina man is awaiting extradition back to Pennsylvania on charges he stole money from several ATMs.
Between Sept. 30 and Oct. 1, Pennsylvania State Police investigated theft incidents that occurred at four Central Penn Bank and Trust locations involving ATMs.
