The Five Point Center for Active Adults in Raleigh will host a drumming event on Jan. 24, 2026. Raleigh Parks, Recreation and Cultural Resources is offering the community an opportunity to experience drumming traditions from Japan, Senegal, Puerto Rico, and other cultures. The event is free and open to the public.
According to the City of Raleigh, the “Drumming Showcase” event will take place from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. and is open to attendees of all ages. Participants will have the chance to observe and interact with a range of drumming styles.
