RALEIGH, N.C. (WNCN) — Raleigh is one of the fastest-growing cities in the country, crossing half a million residents this year, but in North Hills, some longtime residents say that growth is coming with tradeoffs.
Larry Helfant, who has lived in North Hills for more than 45 years, said concerns range from neighborhood change to increasing worries about traffic and infrastructure.
