RALEIGH, N.C. (WNCN) — Monday marks the deadline for any motions to be filed ahead of the criminal trial against accused teen mass shooter, Austin Thompson.
Thompson is set to go on trial in February in connection with the Oct. 13, 2022, mass shooting in Raleigh’s Hedingham neighborhood. He faces five counts of murder and two counts of attempted murder, in addition to assault charges.
