Snow and Wintry Mix Return Tomorrow

Today starts off with some stubborn flakes in the early morning, but these will fizzle out as a ridge forms overhead. Over the course of the day, our winds will shift to the southwest, allowing warmer air to roll in. This will help our temperatures rise to the mid 30s this afternoon. Mostly cloudy skies will hang around for the day with a few peeks of sunshine in the early afternoon. Clouds will roll right back in for tonight, and our southerly breeze will keep lows in the low 30s.

Tomorrow starts off with wintry mix during the morning commute. Slick road conditions will make travel difficult, but we will see skies dry out toward the afternoon as temperatures rise to the mid 40s. Late in the night, scattered showers will enter our southern counties ahead of our next system.

Thursday will be a soggy one with rain showers persisting through much of the day. As our system passes, we will see a few wraparound snow showers in our northeast counties to close out the day. Temperatures will rise from the upper 30s to the mid 40s.

Friday changes up the pace with mostly dry conditions apart from a few sprinkles in the morning. Our clearing trend will allow for lots of sunshine by the afternoon. Ample sunshine will take us from the md 30s to near 50.

Saturday keeps the stable conditions around with partly cloudy skies. Our warming trend continues with highs reaching the low 60s.
