Triangle residents who haven’t visited North Hills in a while might be shocked to find a ticket on their windshields when they return to their vehicles after shopping or dining.
While Nextdoor and Reddit users have been discussing new parking regulations at North Hills in recent weeks and months, the rules have been in place since September.
