Deputies have charged Tevin Maurice Hester, 30, with one count of assault with a deadly weapon with intent to kill inflicting serious injury, one count of resisting public officer causing serious injury, one count of felony flee to elude arrest with a motor vehicle, two counts of habitual misdemeanor assault, and a number of other related offenses, according to the Wake County Sheriff’s Office.
