A Wake County shooting left one man injured Sunday morning.
Around 7 a.m., deputies responded to a report of a shooting at a home in the 3300 block Alfreda Court near Wendell. They found a man with a gunshot wound, and he was taken to a hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
