Durham-born Eastcut Sandwich Bar is making another big move in the Triangle, signing a lease for a shop inside Cary’s Waverly Place retail center. The new spot will be the sandwich shop’s third location in the region, bringing its East Coast-style sandwiches and house-made menu items closer to Cary shoppers and nearby office workers.

As reported by Triangle Business Journal, Eastcut has signed a lease at Waverly Place, officially locking in the restaurant’s third Triangle outpost. The report confirms the deal but does not include an opening date for the Cary location.
