A woman from New York City has been extradited to Flagler County to face charges of identity theft and grand theft over $10,000. Investigators say she used another person’s identification to withdraw a total of $13,500 from multiple bank accounts.
The case began on August 6, 2025, when a local resident reported unauthorized withdrawals and a fraudulent check.
