Nightingale Rooftop Restaurant & Bar in Downtown Holly Springs has introduced a new General Manager and Executive Chef as the business enters its third year. The restaurant launched its first new menu under this leadership in January 2024, continuing its focus on craft cocktails and community gatherings. Nightingale was recently named Best Cocktail Bar in the Triangle by The News & Observer and continues hosting events such as Cocktail Club, Give Back Night, and Sing-A-Long Brunch at its private space, The Emerald Room.
