The Raleigh Police Department is looking for community members to volunteer in a variety of roles. Opportunities include security patrols in parks, telephone crime reporting, data entry, neighborhood watch planning, crime prevention programs, special event assistance, and Greenway patrols.
The department also welcomes Police Chaplains—ordained clergy who live or serve in Raleigh and can provide support during crises or major incidents.
