A Raleigh man was arrested during a traffic stop in Kinston and now faces drug trafficking and weapons charges, according to the Kinston Police Department.
Police said officers with the department’s B-Squad conducted a traffic stop around 10:30 p.m. March 31 on U.S. Highway 70 West involving 51-year-old Belal Allan.
