Wilson’s Mills Shooting Suspect Arrested

WILSON’S MILLS, N.C. — A 19-year-old wanted in connection with a Wilson’s Mills shooting that left a teenager seriously injured has been arrested in Raleigh.

Julez Giles Ingram was taken into custody April 17 by the Raleigh Police Department’s Auto Theft Task Force. Authorities said the arrest was unrelated to the ongoing Wilson’s Mills shooting investigation.

Following his arrest, Ingram was served with outstanding Wilson’s Mills Police warrants, including felony assault with a deadly weapon inflicting serious injury and possession of a firearm by a felon. He was also served with a state felony probation violation charge…
