PITTSBORO, N.C. (WNCN) — A Wake County man pleaded guilty Monday to murdering his wife and throwing her body into Jordan Lake from a Chatham County bridge more than two years ago, records show.
Omar Matthew Ibrahim Drabick of Apex was charged with first-degree murder and concealment of death in September 2023 after the body of his wife, Hadeel Ghadhanfer Hikmat, was found near Farrington Point Boat Ramp a month earlier, according to the Chatham County Sheriff’s Office.
