One person arrested following carjacking incident in North Carolina

NORTH CAROLINA — A Chapel Hill man is facing multiple charges after police said he carjacked two men at gunpoint early Wednesday morning at a local park.

According to the Chapel Hill Police Department, the robbery happened around midnight at Chapel Hill Community Center Park on South Estes Drive.

Investigators said two men told officers that 32-year-old Alexander Quinn Zeman approached them while they were sitting at the park. Court records state Zeman assaulted the men, pointed a gun at them and demanded their keys before stealing their BMW X3 SUV…
