A popular family of Mexican restaurants is expanding with its first new upscale concept.
The new Cabo Mexican Cuisine opened this week in Brier Creek, taking over the former Applebee’s at 8701 Brier Creek Pkwy in Raleigh.
Cabo Mexican Cuisine is a new concept from the Torres family of Mexican restaurants, which owns five El Tapatio locations in the Triangle and Eastern North Carolina.
