Medina approves sale of property to Sweets and Geeks
MEDINA, Ohio – A parcel of city-owned property on East Smith Road could be the home of a potential expansion for Sweets and Geeks in the future. During a May 26 meeting, the finance committee approved the sale of land at 410 E. Smith Road to Bradley Hoisington of Sweets and Geeks for $355,000.

Medina looks to accept bid for US 42 resurfacing
MEDINA, Ohio – After a third try of bidding out the US 42 resurfacing project, the city’s finance committee approved a request for council action to accept a recent bid. “On May 8 we received three bids for the project. The lowest bid was for a little over $1.9 million,” City Engineer Patrick Patton said.
