TUSCARAWAS COUNTY, Ohio — A 53-year-old Canton man, identified as Jeffrey A. Knerr, has died following a two-vehicle crash involving a semi. The New Philadelphia post of the Ohio State Highway Patrol says it was around 11:42 p.m. Tuesday when Knerr was driving a 2008 Nissan Rouge southbound on state Route 93.
