AKRON, Ohio — Three people were taken to an area hospital, including a firefighter, after a residential fire on Tuesday. Firefighters responded to 2147 Stabler Road where fire and smoke was coming from the first floor of a two-story home. The people inside were able to get out before the fire department arrived.
