An Albany man was arrested Tuesday for allegedly stealing over $2,500 in merchandise from a North Greenbush shopping plaza. North Greenbush Police said Kleotis King, 40, was involved in nine separate retail thefts at Van Rensselaer Square between June and October 2025.
