Conviction upheld for man who left 6-year-old boy to die on snowy deck
ALBANY, N.Y. (WRGB) — A man who locked a 6-year-old boy outside on a snowy deck in Troy in 2020 has had his conviction upheld. Kevin Cox is currently serving three concurrent sentences of 25 years to life in prison. He was convicted in 2022 of two counts of second-degree murder and one count of first-degree assault.
