Ballston Lake man arrested in connection to rape case
SARATOGA COUNTY, NY (WRGB) — A Ballston Lake man has been arrested by the Saratoga County Sheriff's Office in connection with a rape case from last summer. Noah James, 19, is accused of engaging in sexual contact with someone under the age of 15 years old. The incident happened in August 2025 in the town of Ballston.
