ALBANY, N.Y. (WRGB) — A teen riding a bike was hit by an SUV in Albany Monday morning. Police say it happened around 8:30 a.m. at Quail Street and Washington Avenue. The 14-year-old boy was treated at the scene for minor injuries and taken to Albany Medical Center for evaluation.
