An Amsterdam man is accused of driving drunk with children in the vehicle and crashing on an animal shelter’s property. The Schoharie County Sheriff’s Office said that Erray Vanbuckly, 53, was traveling on Route 145 in the town of Broome when he crashed off the road. Two children were in the vehicle.
