ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. (KRQE) – The Albuquerque Police Department provided an update Tuesday night, saying a person “confronted” by police is dead. An APD spokesperson said they are investigating whether the person was shot by officers. It happened near 8th St. and Bellahmah Ave. NW. Two officers had superficial injuries.
