WASHINGTON (7News) — An excavator was damaged after falling off a truck traveling along southbound Interstate 395 in D.C., Friday evening, according to the D.C. Fire and EMS Department. Officials said the excavator fell near Exit 10, and ended up leaning against a bridge, leaking diesel onto the road.
