WASHINGTON (7News) — A multi-vehicle crash on the northbound 14th Street Bridge (I-395) is cleared after causing severe rush-hour delays on Wednesday evening. DC Police report that two right lanes were blocked by the wreck. Information on injuries was not immediately available.
