FDA Announces Recall of Aldi Cheese in 4 States for Potential Metal Contamination
More than 4,000 bags of Aldi’s Happy Farms shredded cheese has been recalled across four states for potential foreign matter contamination. The recall was initiated by the manufacturer, Great Lakes Cheese Co. Inc., on Feb. 15, 2025, and the U.S. Food & Drug Administration issued a Class II recall notice on March 19.
