An Upper Bucks County man is facing felony charges after he allegedly threatened to kill a U.S. Congressman after losing his health insurance. Aaron Michael McComsey, 44, of Perkasie, had been arrested and charged by indictment Oct. 15 with two counts of threatening to assault, kidnap or murder a federal official, according to the U.S. Attorney’s Office in Philadelphia.

A 32-year-old Allentown man will spend the rest of his life behind bars after he was sentenced on Wednesday for a 2023 murder.
