WHITEHALL, PA — A driver escaped serious injury after their vehicle overturned following a collision with a parked car on Spring Valley Drive. The two-vehicle accident occurred in the 5300 block of Spring Valley Drive. Officers arrived to find one vehicle on its side with the operator still inside.
