ATLANTA, Ga. (Atlanta News First) - A geomagnetic storm that hit Earth Tuesday night made it possible for some to see the northern lights in north Georgia. The peak viewing window was from 10 p.m. to 1 a.m. Wednesday, but sky gazers may be able to capture a glimpse of the lights in the evening as well.
