ATLANTA, Ga. (Atlanta News First) — A man was shot and killed in DeKalb County early on Valentine’s Day, according to police. Officers were called to the 1900 block of South Stone Mountain Lithonia Road, which is near Redan Elementary School, at around 5 a.m. Saturday. The victim was declared dead at the scene.
