Third strike for Amarillo man indicted for organized retail theft
AMARILLO, Texas (KFDA) - A Randall County grand jury decided there’s enough evidence to formally charge a man for his third offense of organized retail theft. Police arrested Adam Michael Moreno, 37, in August on a warrant for organized retail theft in an amount equal to or greater than $750 but less than $2,500.
