AMARILLO, Texas (KAMR/KCIT) — Two people from Amarillo were sentenced for mail theft charges. Tiffany Hickman and Quentin Buetow were both sentenced for charges related to mail theft. Hickman and Buetow were sentenced to five years in prison and will each have to pay more than $5,000 in restitution.
