LONG BEACH – A man was found dead on a San Diego (405) Freeway off-ramp in Long Beach Saturday. The body was reported to the California Highway Patrol at 1:18 a.m. Saturday on the Cherry Avenue off-ramp from the southbound San Diego Freeway.
